Terms of Use

Effective August 23, 2026

Website and inquiry use

These terms govern use of the public Elevate Operating System (EOS) website and the initial EOS inquiry/onboarding experience. By submitting information through the site, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information and that the information you provide is reasonably accurate.

The $1 first-month offer

Submitting the initial interest form does not itself charge you, create a paid subscription, or authorize EOS to debit a payment method. Any paid EOS subscription, including a first-month promotional price, requires a separate checkout or other explicit purchase authorization that presents the applicable price and billing terms before payment.

Onboarding and migration

You are responsible for having the right to provide school and customer data that you ask EOS to process or migrate. EOS may analyze, transform and import files at your direction for the purpose of configuring your account. You remain responsible for reviewing migration results and for the accuracy and legality of source data you provide.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or EOS to violate law, interfere with system security, gain unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person or organization, or misuse information belonging to others.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify or discontinue website features and onboarding workflows. We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website and EOS is collected and used. Our Cookie & Browser Storage Notice explains the site technologies used for privacy choices, onboarding, security and any optional analytics or marketing technologies.

Contact and disputes

If you have a privacy request, use the Privacy Request form. Other service-specific contractual terms, including subscription, payment, cancellation, data-processing and support terms, may be presented when a customer purchases or activates EOS and will govern those services if they conflict with these public website terms.

These website terms are a baseline for the public inquiry and onboarding flow. They do not replace any later signed customer agreement or service-specific terms.
